Stamina Inversion Therapy Table

Featuring a cushioned back for comfort, this folding table is designed for people whose doctors recommend inversion therapy to reduce pressure on spinal discs, ligaments, and nerve roots while increasing blood circulation, strengthening the back, and elongating the spine. (Note: The manufacturer warns that inversion therapy is not safe for everyone and should not be undertaken without consulting a doctor.) Adjustable ankle collars hold a user securely in place. To change positions, foam-padded handlebars are easy to reach from any inversion angle. Three adjustment settings on pivot arms control rotation speed. An adjustable tether strap prevents inversion past a chosen angle. An anchor knob interconnects structurally with a height adjustment beam to ensure quiet, smooth rotation. An adjustable foot-rest puts a user in the correct position to invert and keeps a user stable while mounting and dismounting. Skid-resistant rubber floor protectors provide stability during mounting, dismounting, and inverting.

The table accommodates users from 4-foot-10 to 6-foot-4 and weighing up to 250 pounds. The height-adjustment beam is marked in centimeters and inches. The table's frame is heavy-duty steel, and the support pad is tough, durable nylon. Assembled (instructions included) and fully extended, the table measures 73-6/10 inches long x 27-1/4 inches wide x 53-1/4 inches high and weighs 50 pounds. The frame carries a three-year warranty against defects, with parts warranted against defects for 90 days.

Cushioned, upholstered back for optimal support. Easily adjustable ankle collars hold you securely in place. Quick-adjust footrest puts you into the correct position to invert and keeps you stable while mounting and dismounting. Adjustable tether strap prevents inversion past a chosen angle. To change position, foam-padded handlebar returns are easy to reach from any inversion angle. Folds for easy storage. Attractive pewter gray-colored frame with black rolled upholstery. Skid-resistant rubber floor protectors maximize stability as you mount, dismount, and invert. Anchor knob interconnects structurally with height adjustment beam to ensure quiet, smooth rotation. Three adjustment settings on the pivot arms to control rotation speed. (For those new to inversion, the slowest speed is recommended initially.) Adjusts to fit heights of 4 10 to 6 4 with a height adjustment beam that is clearly marked in centimeters and inches.

Reviews:

I am very pleased with the quality of the inversion therapy table. It is sturdy, reasonably priced, and it was easy to assemble. Instructions provided were clear and concise.

Delivery was superfast! I enjoy using this Inversion Therapy table and have seen great results in lesser back pain. I could not give the Therapy Table a 5 star because the instructions that came with it was a bit complicated to follow and the ankle stir-ups (cups) are very uncomfortable as well as the foot bar across the bottom. If the foot bar had been a flat platform and the ankle cups were better padded for comfort this would be a 5 STAR* product. All-in-all, I am pleased with my purchase from AMAZON again!

I was looking for one of these inverter tables because of my back problems. Most of them are hundreds or thousands of dollars! My 14 y o son was able to assemble the table in one evening and with the help of my brother in law, we got it adjusted. It works great ... just be sure to read the info ... you're not supposed to just hang up there withough moving around!
